Return Policy

 Returns

  • All requests for Refund or Exchange must be communicated to, in writing, and authorized by Red Dirt Offroad within 10 days of delivery.
    • All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If an RMA has not been approved and provided, the return will be deemed forfeit, or returned to you at your expense.
    • Returns must be received with 14 days of RMA issuance. Returns received after that timeframe may be honored at our sole discretion. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • All items must be in original package and materials in an unused, saleable condition
    • No returns or exchange will be permitted if the product has been installed.
    • Painted or altered parts are not returnable
  • Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee or store credit in the form of a gift card. If store credit is requested, the credit will be in the amount of the sale minus shipping charges. See Shipping and Handling Fees section below.
    • Opened items are subject to a 25% restocking fee regardless if store credit is requested.


Freight Shipping or Special Deliveries

Items requiring freight truck shipping are only eligible for return at our discretion. In the event the item was damaged during shipping, it must be signed as Damaged upon delivery. If a return is approved, you are responsible for return freight expenses. Returned items are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

Shipping and Handling Fees

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If the item purchased was sold with “free shipping,” the actual cost to ship the item(s) will be deducted from your refund/store credit. Return shipping is the your responsibility.

In the event the return or exchange is result of an error on our part and only our part, the shipping costs will be refundable, including return shipping, at our discretion. 

Group Buys

All sales are final for group buy items. No refund will be authorized. In the event the item is defective, an exchange may be authorized at our sole discretion.

Special Order Items

Special Order or custom items, such as custom paint, powdercoating or product modifications, are non-refundable, non-returnable. All sales are final.

Clearance and Open Box Items

All sales are final for all open box and clearance items. No refund or exchange will be authorized. In the event the item is defective, an exchange may be authorized at our sole discretion.

Warranty Items

Unless the items is specifically warrantied by Red Dirt Offroad, all defective products should be handled under the Manufacturer’s Warranty.
